You will find Bailey’s Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away while Poldark Mine is a 10 minute walk. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away.

Bailey’s Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your use during your stay.

The space
The hosts Andrew and Louise have lovingly restored the barn from a crumbling ruin into what you see now. Bailey’s Little House is a small converted barn with open plan living with a separate wet room. Outside there is a cobbled courtyard with seating exclusively for our guests.

Guest access
Bailey’s Little House is a small detached barn giving open plan living on one level with a separate wet room. Our guests will have the entire space to themselves. Guests will have their own parking area. There are two steps and a gate to the cobbled courtyard, the courtyard is enclosed by a Cornish wall which is ideal if you are bringing your dog.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly but ask it only be 1 dog and there will be an additional charge of £25 per stay.
Andrew and Louise have 2 fur babies who are jack russells named Missy and Ted. Missy is the princess while Ted will always be the baby of the family.

    Payment: 25% due on confirmation of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

    If you would like to bring a dog, please note only one well-behaved dog is allowed. There is a £25 surcharge payable on arrival.
